How do I buy tickets?

How do I become a sponsor?
Call our office at 1-800-563-5441 and ask for Robin Fines, extension 43. Robin will be happy to mail you a sponsor packet and answer all your questions.Top of Page
How can I get my horse in one of the demonstrations?
Some of the presenters may need horses to work on during their presentations. If you would like your horse considered, please mail or email us a picture of the horse with a brief description of the horse and the particular challenge (i.e., won't load into the trailer, bad manners). Biosecurity Requirements:
bring their own feed. For any horses brought to the event, owners and/or handlers must provide current health papers (within 30 days of the event) and must provide proof a negative Equine Infection Anemia Test (AGID/Coggins or Elisa Test) that is datetd no more than 6 months prior to the date of arrival. Show management reserves the right to have an animal removed if there is a lack of compliance to any bio-security requirement. Water and bedding will be available for animals but handlers/owners must bring their own feed. For more information, please call 1-800-563-5441.

Do I have to pay for parking?
No. Parking is free.Top of Page
Is there tent camping or space to park my RV overnight?
Yes. Camping and overnight RV parking is available for exhibitors, presenters and attendees. The cost is $25.00 per night. Please be aware that electrical, sewage and water services are not available. If you wish to enquire about on-site camping, please contact Coral Defayette:Attn: Coral Defayette

I am handicapped - can I rent a scooter?
No. Scooters will not be available at this show so please plan to bring your own.Top of Page
Can I rent wheelchairs or strollers?
No. Wheelchair or stroller rentals are not available so please plan to bring your own.Top of Page
Is there a childcare centre?
No. There is no childcare on-site, but there are facilities for nursing mothers and baby changing stations.Top of Page
Are dogs allowed?
No. We would ask that you please keep your dogs at home.Top of Page
Are there activities for children?

Do you need volunteers?
Yes. If you would like to volunteer, please contact Coral Defayette. We would ask that you submit a resume with your areas of expertise as they pertain to either the horse or event management industries.
